Noe valley.

Dubliner bar.

The three of us were sitting on the front patio yapping about nothing and everyhing. At the moment of climax in the conversation an sfpd squad car zipped, burned actually, up 24th. His brother followed shortly behind. Bright lights and questions were all that we are left with. After a really meaty discussion about child development,3 cousins sped by in the other direction. Up and down 24th the berry light streams mixed with straight 8 liter hums broke our concentration. The pd had Noe on a serpentine lockdown. Something is going on.
The cowboys are blitzed on quotas and real threat. Noe valley, high taxes, good coffee. Nothing can go wrong here.

5 minutes later a fleet pulled a 92 Mustang over. Silver. Drop top. Frayed. Right in front of the Donut Shop at church.

Resolve. We peeked.

And you read it here.

“Don’t call me dude.”

-Muni police officer replying to a passenger.
